I'm the owner and operator of Iron Shield Home Inspections LLC. I'm proud to serve Seminole, Pinellas County, Florida, and surrounding counties.
Prior to establishing Iron Shield Home Inspections LLC in 2020, I spent 25 years working in construction industry, both commercial and residential. For the last 12 years as a real estate investor and remodeler, I had the opportunity to go through a lot of inspections and hands on training. This gives me an understanding of homes that goes way beyond surface level. I decided to put all the experience and skills to work for home buyers as a professional home inspector.
I take pride in my work and I enjoy helping people! My objective is to deliver the highest level of service possible.
I have been married since 2001 to a wonderful wife and together we have a son and a daughter. In my free time I like to play sports with my kids or work on small projects with them. As a family we enjoy bike rides and going to the beach.

In order to become certified by ICA (Inspection Certification Associates) home inspectors undergo extensive training to perform home inspections
To become a Home Inspector, you not only need to be certified, but also need to be licensed in the state of Florida.
